Aroma
Fruity on the nose, with notes of wild strawberries and white-fleshed fruits, complemented by floral hints and elderflower.
Palate
Pleasantly sparkling, with fine and persistent bubbles. The palate is dry, refreshing, and well-balanced, making it an excellent sparkling wine for pairing throughout a meal.
Wine Making
Produced from 100% Merlot grapes grown in the "Collina" vineyard, where the presence of quartz is highly significant. The wine is vinified in the traditional white method, with soft pressing followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle, adhering to the classic method.
